MARIJUANA: SUE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!!
WTF?
MARIJUANA IS LEGAL AS A MEDICAL TREATMENT.
Anyone who fucks with my medical treatment needs to be 'punished' for denying my right to medical care.
WE need to file a class action suit against the Federal government for MEDICAL MALPRACTICE; it's as simple as that.
If you don't get the point here, then move right along........

****Seizure Victim Barred From School After Taking Prescribed Marijuana Lozenges!
(Boy Caught In Catch-22 Regarding Medical Marijuana Prescription.)
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- A 16-year-old Colorado Springs boy, who suffers strong hiccup-like seizures at least one a week, said medical marijuana helps relieve the symptoms.
The problem is that the boy, who asked to be called Bill can’t use medical marijuana on school grounds, so he has to go home to medicate whenever the seizures begin.
“Last Friday, he had an attack and we got a phone call that he was not allowed to return back to school because he was under the influence of medical marijuana,” said Shan Moore, the boy’s dad.

Moore said Bill has been diagnosed with Myoclonus Diaphragmatic Flutter, which are spasms of the diaphragm.
“The mildest spasms feel like someone is hitting me on my chest,” the teenager said. “The strongest ones feel like someone is jumping up and down on my chest.”
Moore said his son “doesn’t smoke marijuana to ease the spasms, he uses a lozenge.”
“The lozenge is not very potent,” Moore said. “And it works better than all the other pills he used to take.
Moore said, “Before my son started using medical marijuana, his doctors prescribed Xanax, Valium and Morphine to help him relax and cope with the pain.
“The school nurse dispensed some of that medication,” Moore said. “But they won’t dispense medical marijuana.”
“We follow the state law regarding medical marijuana,” said Jennifer Sprague, public information officer for the Harrison Two school district in Colorado Springs.
The law states that a patient or primary caregiver shall not possess medical marijuana or engage in the use of it on school grounds or on a school bus.
Moore said his son shouldn’t have to walk home to get his medication while he’s experiencing spasms.
“I’d like to see the law changed,” Moore said, “so he can have his medical marijuana in a controlled environment, like a nurse’s station, and doesn’t have to walk home to get a lozenge when I’m not able to pick him up.”
State Senator Greg Brophy, R-Wray, said Colorado’s law was written the way it was because of federal law regarding schedule one drugs.
When asked if Colorado’s law could be changed, Brophy replied, “I hope so, but I’m not sure that it can because of that federal nexus.”
The Wray Republican said Bill’s experience shows that not a lot of thought went into the zero-tolerance policy regarding medical marijuana.
“We’ve seen it before,” he said. “With the young lady who was kicked out of Cherry Creek schools for having some fake rifles in the back of her car that were part of the ROTC marching band.”
“That just shows that we need to address those policies, but this one is more complicated because of the federal issue,” Brophy said.
“This is a touchy subject,” the senator said. “There are many parents who worry about abuse. We’ve got to be careful about that.”
“At the same time,” Brophy said, “we ought not tie up the hands of the folks at these schools with zero-tolerance policies.”
