****Police: Feces Spitting Postal Worker Arrested!
DURANGO, Colo. -- A well-known postal worker is accused of spitting feces on a police officer at a police station, according to the Durango Herald.
The newspaper said Paul Andrew Kausalik, 61, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving.
At the police station, an officer said Kausalik went to the bathroom and fell asleep. The officer said he woke Kausalik up twice.
When Kausalik left the bathroom, the officer said Kausalik approached him, opened his mouth, took a deep breath and spit feces on him, the newspaper reported.
Kausalik was taken to the La Plata County Jail and booked on suspicion of felony assault on a police officer, the newspaper said.
Kausalik has worked at a Durango post office since 1982.
