Is there racial profiling in San Jose?
In San Jose it has been quite simple over the last decade or so.
WHITES have become a minority in the city of my birth.
It always looks like 'racial profiling' because negros and mexicans have taken over the town!
Am I 'racial profiling'????

****San Jose broadens definition of racial profiling....
San Jose, Calif. (AP) -- The new San Jose police chief has broadened the definition of racial profiling in what the department's independent watchdog and minority leaders call a huge shift in dealing with perceived officer bias.
A policy change makes it a violation for an officer to show any biased behavior at any time during an encounter with the public. It was previously a violation only if the officer first stopped an individual solely because of race, gender or other bias.
Police Chief Chris Moore, who has vowed to try to repair the strained relationship between his officers and minorities, tells the San Jose Mercury News he is also demanding a closer look at bias complaints.
In the past four years, police investigated 150 bias complaints. The department did not sustain any of them.
