As a 'terrorist' I would much prefer to get caught committing my act of terrorism in the US of A than in Russia.
By the time WE get thru 'prosecuting' a terrorist(s) he/she would have died of old age.
In Russia the prosecution would be short and sweet.
(A bullet in the back of the head, works just fine!)
I suggest the US of A follow this Russian incident until the shooting in the back of the head---A GOOD LESSON FOR US!
