MARIJUANA NEWS: OLDCATMAN-XXX, 030111
Lots of folks like to EAT POT, I do not.
Eating pot is a very erratic way to get "stoned''.
I have little control over HOW my stomach digests food and depending on the 'state' of your digestive process, will effect how you get 'stoned'!!
And obviously, food laced with POT and other 'material' can be eaten by unsuspecting folks.
Try this on me, and you'll get a bag of cookies shoved up your ass!

****Vallejo 5th graders unknowingly eat pot cookie!
Vallejo, Calif. (AP) -- Vallejo school officials say four fifth graders fell sick after sharing a cookie laced with marijuana.
The Vallejo Times-Herald reports that three of the students at Grace Patterson Elementary School were taken to the hospital with flu-like symptoms around 2 p.m. Monday. They were all released by the evening. A fourth went home with a parent.
District spokeswoman Tish Busselle says one of the students was given two individually wrapped pot cookies by someone at a convenience store on the student's way to school.
She says all four students reported feeling nauseated to a teacher after eating one of the cookies. They apparently did not know it had marijuana.
The teacher determined it was laced with pot after reading the packaging on the other cookie.
Vallejo police are investigating the case.

****Edible pot ban in Colorado unlikely but divisive
DENVER (AP) - A ban on edible marijuana in Colorado appears unlikely - but a proposal to ban pot brownies and other edibles is drawing objection from medical marijuana advocates who plan to protest the proposal.
A House Republican suggested making edible pot items such as sodas and lollipops illegal, saying children could accidentally consume them. But Rep. Cindy Acree has since backed off the proposal because many marijuana advocates pointed out that eating marijuana is safer than smoking it.
The state Department of Revenue is finalizing rules about how edible marijuana should be produced and labeled. Acree appears likely to ask for her bill to be shelved, though dozens of protesters are still expected at the Capitol Tuesday for a hearing on the bill.
