****Pantsless BK Customer Jailed After 'Whopper' Comment!
LONGMONT, Colo. -- A restraining order was filed Thursday against a man accused of exposing himself in a Burger King drive-through in Longmont earlier this week.
Police arrested Richard Craig Troupe around 4 a.m. Tuesday after a female employee of the Burger King at 1250 South Hover St. called police to report a customer who wasn't wearing pants asked her if she wanted to hold his "whopper."
The man drove away when the woman told him she was calling police. She gave officers a description of the man, his car and his license plate number.
Police traced the license plate and called Troupe on his cell phone. He was arrested a short distance away on suspicion of driving under the influence and indecent exposure. Troupe was booked into the Boulder County Jail.
A Boulder court clerk told 7NEWS the restraining order issued Thursday was in relation to the Burger King incident.
