Obviously, COLORADO has absolutely no concept on how to deal (No pun intended!) with the medical marijuana legalization.
Colorado is very liberal when it comes to marijuana but 'they' keep tripping over themselves trying to decide what is legal and what is not!
Too many cities are banning DISPENSARY SHOPS, ignoring the needs of their citizens medical needs.
Banning a dispensary doesn't change my legal status to purchase marijuana nor does it change the legal status of Caregivers--I can still purchase my pot directly from the Caregiver--whether they have a dispensary or not.
And of course, the city looses tax revenues!!

****Marijuana Rules Back Before CO Lawmakers!
(New Rules Could Include Who Can Work In Marijuana Dispensaries.)
DENVER -- Medical marijuana rules set by Colorado lawmakers last year haven't entirely taken effect yet -- but already lawmakers are back at work making changes.
A state House committee planned to start work Thursday on a revision to the marijuana rules that govern how pot is grown and sold. That bill set up the nation's most detailed rules governing who can grow medical marijuana and how it should be sold.
Many of those rules haven't taken effect yet, including a rule that marijuana transactions be recorded and shared with law enforcement and another rule setting up the nation's first regulations on the safe production of hashish.
Changes up for debate in this year's bill include possible new rules for who can work in marijuana dispensaries.
